I bought the matcha thinking ill be able to use it instantly, but the download link has no file in it so cant download matcha, and it's already been a few days. the support team does reply back, which I'm grateful for but its just a download link issue idk whats taking so long. in the portal it says "This content does not exist The content you are looking for could not be found. It may have been removed after a period of inactivity, deleted by its owner, or the link may be incorrect."
apologizes the download link should be updated if u refresh ur invoice page, thanks.
